Thursday...Mackenzie's 11th Birthday!

The day started like any other! Made some coffee and started on emails. Got done with that...made an appointment for Matney for a check-up, blah blah blah...

Now for Birthday FUN! Mackenzie opened all his presents without Mom and Dad in the room! WTG! Dad is in bed after having duty all night...guess we didn't want to take any pictures anyway! But whatever! He is big now and thinks that he can do what he wants...right! Anyway, we are taking the BIG boy to Red Robin for a birthday lunch! That will be fun!! I should have some pics(of that at least) to put up soon!

Better go get ready for lunch, I have to actually get some real clothes on. I don't think that a t-shirt and lounge pants will do!

Happy Birthday Mackenzie...my little baby boy! You are really growing up to be a sweet, smart young man!! I love you!

ROAD TRIP

It's done!! I am really happy that it is totally finished!! I think it will be really versatile for travel or just life! I made an element pack with all 50 States and also, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. Phew...that took me as long as the whole kit!

Here it is, Monday and the week is starting off with a bang! Kids are up...upset and the arguments have begun! Oh happy day! School starts when? That's right, September 3rd. Another month...sigh. Football practices start tomorrow though, at least they will have an outlet for some of their energy!!! YAY! Now, if I could find something for Matney to do.

I am still working on Road Trip, only 21 more States to go! phew.
